Evenco Analytics provides AI-powered fund flow predictions, analytics dashboards, and market intelligence tools designed for asset managers and financial professionals. The service includes predictive models, data visualisations, and competitive benchmarking features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the platform are owned by Evenco International and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Predictions
The predictions and analytics provided by Evenco Analytics are generated by machine learning models and are intended for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of future performance. Users should exercise their own judgement and consult qualified advisors before making investment decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Evenco Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
